Vinx Pest Control - Charleston Feedback Summary Vinx pest control got me straight I had problems with spiders when I tell y’all they are the best pest control to call.if you have a pest problem call them they have affordable prices they will get rid of all your pest problem for sure trust me call them today. Vinx has been great to take care of pest control. The customer support has been outstanding, and they respond to questions quickly and are very communicative. Extremely frustrated with this company. The first and only service we got was at the beginning of August and was what we were told to expect. However, since then, we've had our monthly payment drafted on the first week of September, yet there has been been more than 4 reschedules and zero call backs from repeated requests to hear from a supervisor. We have had zero resolution, no refunding of our payment, and nothing from any supervisor or representative from Vinx. We explained before signing up for the service that our only day during the week we are available to be home to let the field rep do his inside service was Thursday's and were assured that would not be an issue to keep the service from running smoothly. Obviously, that's no where near the case. It's such a shame, too, considering we were excited to continue after the initial service was complete. This seems to be a one-n-done type of company with nothing but empty promises and contract they are all too willing to breach themselves. What a waste Very good understanding your need and working with you!!!! Vinx has been fantastic! I have appreciated all of the staff I have worked with and had come to our house. They have been very professional and knowledgeable and happy to explain the process to me and answer all of my questions. The services provided for termite bond and inspection and monthly pest control have been exactly what we needed and for a great price! Jack did a great job again today! Thank you. On time and most importantly communicated ahead of time so there were no surprises. Also, we have been pest free and our dogs have never had a problem with anything they have applied in the house or yard. This company is recommended. I’ve been with Vinx for roughly 5 years. They always call and text with a heads up regarding the scheduled service date. Leon has been at my property most of the time we’ve had Vinx service. He is courteous, helpful, thorough, and asks what else he might be able to do (e.g. - spray inside house or garage, termite trap inspection scheduling, etc…). I have had my service with Vinx for 6 years now and I wouldnt consider changing to another company. I have never been happier with my pest control service. The lovely Palmettobug has taken up residence elsewhere. I dont seem to have the mole cricket or fire ant problems I have had in the past. My yard loves that !. The service continues to consistently deliver the desired result. Anthony one of heir technicians is knowledgeable, polite, and reliable. It is safe for my Doodle and effective. They service my yard quarterly and I am signed up for auto payments monthly. Keeping up with my service has ensured I have a pest free home. The best decision I made during 2020 was starting up Vinx ! Austin is the first one that I have seen. This was a great visit. He was very professional and nice. If you get him to your home you will be lucky to have him. He did a Fantastic job. Kudos for Austin
