I had a rat infestation in my apartment. When I saw the first rat, at night, I called 24 Hour Pest Control and someone was out when they said they would be, and did what they could that evening. My terrible landlord sent out two different exterminators, for a total of 4 visits, and they couldn't figure out the problem. Frank was really great, and accommodated my schedule. They fixed what the previous exterminators didn't see and thus far I haven't seen a rat in two weeks. Frank was also respectful, and was a pleasure to deal with. They took care of my problem quickly and efficiently. They charged more than the other exterminators, but they got the job done and it was worth my peace of mind to no longer to be living with uninvited furry critters.
